You may not be new to real estate purchases, but buying your first New Construction Home may be a new experience to you. In Maryland, is is required by law to sign a formal, written contract to purchase real estate. Here at New Homes Montgomery, we require that the purchase be formally memorialized in a real estate contract. New Construction Home purchase contracts often are filled with language and terms that can be confusing to the average person, even if you have experience purchasing a pre-owned home. Nevertheless, buyers need to fully understand the terms of the contract, because disputes or problems with the closing do arise every so often.
